Historic buildings come alive with 3D projection mapping at 2021 GLOW festival

At the 19th century Augustijnenkerk, in the Netherlands, renowned international artists Yann Nguema and Arnaud Doucet created ‘Domas Luma’ combining projection mapping, light, laser and audio elements to create a beautiful spectacle. The team was given the challenge of mapping onto the façade, comprised of 50,000 stones. Supplied by SAHARA Benelux, 8 Christie Griffyn™ 4K32-RGB pure laser projectors made full use of the building’s intricate architectural details, with each stone, window, door and edge used to accentuate the impact of the projection.
