Here’s the latest upgrade to our PETamentor 2 SS. I’ve integrated a geared spooler, and its design has been thought to stand up to all tests. Parts list and assembly instructions, in chronological order : 01 - Your Board 02 - 03 - 608zz Bearing (x2) 04 - M3 nut (x4) 05 - Countersunk wood screw Ø4x16 (x3) You absolutely must attach it to the board at this point. 06 - 07 - 608zz Bearing (x2) 08 - M8x100 countersunk screw (x1) 09 - M8x60 countersunk screw (x1) 10 - Spacers_for_B& 11 - M3x10 screw (x4) 12 - Countersunk wood screw Ø4x16 (x4) 13 - The 7RPM DC Motor 14 - M3x6 screw (x2) 6mm To avoid touching the motor’s internal gears --- (Edit : I’m going to remove these 2 holes to avoid any breakage) 15 - M3x8 screw (x4) 16 - 17 - M3 nuts (x4) 18 - The 6mm Flange coupling 19 - M3x16 screw (x4) 20 - M3x3 needle screw (x1) 21 - Remove M8x100 screw 22 - M8 Washer (x1) 23 - 24 - Replace the M8x100 screw 25 - M8 Washer (x1) 26 - M8 nut (x1) 27 - Remove M8x60 screw 28 - M8 Washer (x1) 29 - 30 - Replace the M8x60 screw 31 - M8 Washer (x1) 32 - M8 nut (x1)
