MasterChef USA (2023) Season 13 Episode 08 There is only one mystery box per region, and each box contains a whole chicken. The regions must choose one person to break down the chicken; the team members must then prepare a dish using that cut of chicken. The chefs get one hour to cook, but Jennifer gets to choose one region that will start ten minutes later.
