This week we have two features for you today, starting with this disorienting whirl of psychedelic medieval dungeon folk from the UK, courtesy of A Stranger Leads the Dance. Combining previously released eps into a remastered whole, complemented by two new tracks, this remarkably unique album immediately transports the listener into a psychedelic dreamscape with a flurry of live instruments and synth drone. Heavily effected flutes, drums and all manner of mysterious live sounds combine with bucolic ambience and lysergic melodic lines, into a simultaneously euphoric and disturbing experience.
