We conclude this week’s Dungeon Synth Sunday with an ep inspired by Finnish nature and darkness, slowly drifting into the icy night time with the mournful, raw mysticism of Nortmarsh. This is the third release, in an excellent series of eps from this project, composed, channelled, wrought to spectral life by Empyr; sculpting evocative paeans to naturalistic themes of the earth, nightsky, and woodlands, illustrated with an equally evocative, lo-fi character to the music. Tapes of the first two demos will be released through Malferna Productions in April and hopefully a tape of this third demo will not be too far behind.
