The workout kicks off with a 4 minute warm-up, then transitions into 30 second intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest, covering a variety of movements that ensure you’re engaging multiple muscle groups. We’ll finish the workout with a 60 second plank hold to solidify your core strength, followed by a 4 minute cool down and stretch to aid recovery and flexibility.
