Squats with an ER Lift Off

Squats with an ER Lift off help athletes who struggle keeping their knees tracking over the toes as they squat. Squats with an ER Lift off technique: The athlete begins standing, then reaches down to place both hands on the big toe of the same side. They then drop their hips down into a squat, putting the knees just outside of the right knee is lifted off the arm without letting the big toe come off the ground. Then that knee is brought back in and the movement is repeated on the other side.
