Keep in mind to use the Cutting Dive Dot (second Effect) only if the target is NOT off balanced! I also played without a Off Balance Tracker, worked fine if you keep up Cutting Dive more or less every 10 Seconds! Apart from that a classic Dot with Spammable Rotation! Activate Wild Guardian (Ultimate) on Cooldown ofc!
