Hungarian Rally. Location of events unknown - Hungary? Teenaged boys and girls; wearing Hungarian national costumes; perform traditional folk dances for audience in grounds of large, domed building. Boys in uniform (Boy Scouts?) put on a rope twirling exhibition; jumping in and out of lassos while twirling them; marching down the field; each boy twirling rope around himself; etc. More dancing; w/ different costumes; the boys seem to be wearing skirts but they are actually divided - very wide-legged trousers.
