MIB (Man in black) filmed by surveillance camera in Anchorage, Alaska

This footage was taken a few years ago and has been kept by the Anchorage police to investigate the disappearance of the young woman we see in the video. Only very recently this video appear online, possibly on purpose, in order to try to find out what happened from someone who saw this bizarre event.
