Review of Asteria Kemer Resort Asteria Kemer Resort is a very beautiful hotel, interesting architecture, good layout of the main buildings and infrastructure. Very convenient location both relative to the sea and the main objects of Camyuva. The hotel has a large outdoor pool overlooking the sea, an indoor pool in the spa, there is a gym, the equipment in it is not of the best quality, but you can work out. The infrastructure of the hotel is not new, traces of operation are visible. Wi-Fi works throughout the territory for free, the login is the room number, the password is your birthday. The quality is average, periodically crashes at moments of high load. A chic pier where you can lie under umbrellas absolutely free. True, you need to take into account that it is better to take places from 5 in the morning. The beach is wide, large, it is quite possible to comfortably accommodate. The beach is pebbly, and the pebbles are large in different sizes, it is not very convenient to enter. But, there is always an entrance from the pier. The depth at the entrance from the shore comes quickly, so it may not be very comfortable for children. The rooms are decent but not new either. We had a side see view, the sea is almost invisible, you should not overpay. Take either normal or already see view. I did not like that not all lighting in the rooms is turned off by the buttons by the bed, the table lamps have their own switches. The bar is replenished every day: 2 Coca-Cola, 2 forfeits, 2 regular water and 2 mineral water. The bathroom is ordinary with an acrylic bathtub and poor quality sanitary ware. Balconies, well, you saw, though not everyone has them. )) The beds are narrow, not very comfortable, ask for a double bed. Cleaning is mediocre, once they left a puddle, the second time I found a pillow on the floor. Restaurants and bars. The hotel has a main restaurant, several a la carte, a lobby bar, a snack bar and a beach bar. The assortment of the main restaurant is quite poor, a small selection of meat dishes for lunch and dinner, very bad with fruit. Watermelons and melons, which quickly ended. Tough peaches, apples and pears. For breakfast, filtered coffee from tanks for an amateur. The main pastries are not baked here, they are not fresh. True, they bake small pizzas and cut them into slices. !!!I would like to note separately the work of the restaurant waiters. The waiters are terrible, ignoring, sluggishness, rudeness, ugly service. The range of bars is not bad, there are also imported drinks, a lot of cocktails. But, the quality of a cocktail depends on who makes it. You can order 5 Mojitos and get 5 different drinks. The hotel completely lacks a quality management system and staff training. I also wanted to mention security. Very tense, you can see her, running around fussing. I started shooting the beach with an action camera, they ran up and asked not to shoot. Very strange behaviour. In my opinion, good security is one that is not visible, but at the same time everything is fine. Overall my rating is -4, certainly this hotel does not deserve 5 stars. The holiday was in July 2022.
