10 min BARRE ABS WORKOUT | No Planks | Intense Burn | Ballet Inspired Movements

Join me for a 10 minute BARRE ABS WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your core muscles. This is going to be an intense one! We’ll be challenging our core muscles and mobility with ballet dancer inspired movements. There are no planks today so it is wrist friendly. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed.
