Room Laundering (Rûmu rondaringu) theatrical trailer - Kenji Katagiri-directed movie

Synopsis for Kenji Katagiri’s Room Laundering (Rûmu rondaringu) from the international sales agent for the movie, ColorBird Inc. (K.K. KarâBâdo): “Miko is an 18-year-old who is all alone in the world when her maternal uncle, Goro, appears promising her a part-time job and free room-and-board. Little does she know that the job requires her to live in places where tenants had died unnaturally. Needing only to stay long enough to legally exempt real estate agencies from having to inform future tenants of the deaths in those places, Miko moves from unit to unit, but then starts seeing the spirits that lived there. Soon, she’s hard at work helping them resolve issues that keep them tethered to the living world.“
