★AMG　E36T（S124)に関して 「モータースポーツこそが技術力の優秀性を何よりも端的に示す」。この確固たる信念に基づき、1967年に誕生したAMG。 メルセデス・ベンツの通常モデル（S124)に、高性能エンジンを搭載し、強化されたサスペンションも装備して、よりハードな乗り味の車に仕立てられている。 外観上の違いは、専用のアルミホイールやエアロパーツが装着され、リアエンド右上にAMGのエンブレムが付くほか、リアエンド左上にはE36Tのエンブレムが付く。 搭載される 水冷直列6気筒DOHCエンジンは、3605ccの排気量から、最高出力271ps/5750rpm、最大トルク・m/3750rpmrpmを発揮した。 ★About AMG E36T (S124) “Motorsport is the most direct demonstration of technical excellence.“ Based on this firm belief, AMG was born in 1967. The normal model (S124) of Mercedes-Benz is equipped with a high-performance engine and a reinforced suspension, making it a car with a harder ride. The difference in appearance is that special aluminum wheels and aero parts are installed, the AMG emblem is attached to the upper right of the rear end, and the E36T emblem is attached to the upper left of the rear end. The installed water-cooled in-line 6-cylinder DOHC engine produced a maximum output of 271ps/5750rpm and a maximum torque of from a displacement of 3605cc.
