Israel Strikes Targets Along Gaza Coast, Evacuates Border Towns, Arrests Over 50 In West Bank Raids

Latest reports say Israel is preparing a “coordinated assault” by land, air and sea on Gaza as it prepares to take on Hamas. Israel has struck targets along Gaza’s coast on Sunday, although the extent of the damage is not yet clear. A United Nations expert has warned that Palestinians are in grave danger of mass ethnic cleansing. As per the expert, the UN must intensify efforts to mediate an immediate ceasefire between the parties, before the point of no return. Britain has urged Israel to show restraint in any military action against Hamas in order to minimise harm to civilians, UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly said.
