Thick material slitting line fully automatic. It can process steel coils of 2150 mm in width and 16 mm in thickness. The maximum UTS of the material to be processed reaches 900 Mpa. The coils weigh 40 ton and the maximum processing speed is 100 m/min. It can cut 33 strips at the same time. It includes an anti coil break gantry, scrap chopper, slitter with robotized change of knives and automatic storage, recoiler with mandrel’s change and multi function movable tensioning device.
