Vinyasa flow yoga - Opening + Progressive Namaskar A&B

This Progressive Namaskar is suitable for most practicioners. It can be used in a Vinyasa beginners class or in a gentle Vinyasa flow class. Please follow these instructions if using this sequence: - Alternate legs when stepping back / forward - When stepping back stay in plank for one inhale, than exhale Chaturanga or Ashtangasana - No Uttkatasana in Surya Namaskar B (but you can add it if you wish) - This sequence uses Ardha Vinyasa between sides and at the end of progressive sequ
