Shuai-Jiao Wrestling Basics

Basic Barehanded Exercises are divided into Elementary and Technical. Elementary Exercises mainly improve your health and coordination. Technical Exercises develop your specific techniques and improve your explosive force and coordination. Good wrestling is a combination of technique, strength, conditioning and strategy. Li Baoru is an expert of Chinese Wrestling (Shuai Jiao). He learnt the art from Man Baozhen, famous Tongbei and Shuai Jiao teacher. Li also learnt Yi Quan from Pu Enfu, one of Wang Xiangzhai’s disciples. Li Baoru was the main coach of China National Wrestling Team and currently works as the coach of Beijing Sanda Team.
