However, the joint forces of the Black Sea Fleet, the Russian Air Force, and air defense successfully foiled the attack. ▪️ Russian troops also targeted AFU’s rear military facilities, hitting an oil depot in the village of Vyhoda in Odesa Region. This resulted in a partial loss of power supply in the region. ▪️ On the southern flank of Bakhmut, Russian troops expanded their control zone on the northern outskirts of Klishchiivka. Fierce fighting is ongoing in the approach to the tactical heights near the village. ▪️ In the northern flank of the Avdiivka sector, fighting is occurring near Stepove and the coke plant. Although Russian soldiers have made some progress, it is premature to describe it as an assault on the plant. ▪️ Russian soldiers successfully broke through AFU defenses in the industrial zone near the Yasynuvata-2 station in the southern flank.
