Corey Fujimoto Original On New Pepe Romero Guilele

I got a chance to play Jack Johnson’s Pepe Romero guitar a few months back... It was mind blowing good!! I have loved his ukes for a few years now. So... when I heard he was making a Guilele, I just knew it would be an extremely musical art piece. This is 17“ tenor scale 6 string. Pitch like a guitar with a capo at the fifth fret. Sounds like an ukulele with guitar capabilities. And who better to show it off than the guitar/uke prodigy that works here.. the humble but ridiculous Corey Fujimoto! A few things make this extra cool. First, this is one of two Pepe Guilele’s. He kept the first and we have the honor of showing you the second. (post it at site soon) First one to try was Eli. He plays Guilele in part of the Sing the Body show. Within 30 seconds he declared it the best guilele ever. I didn’t argue. Neither did Corey.
