***NOT FOR BROADCAST*** Contact Brett Adair with Live Storms Media to license. brett@ Over 3’ of rain has fallen along the I-10 corridor near Winnie, Tx where I-10 is closed in both directions due to long stretches of the interstate underwater. Winnie is an island (partially submerged island) with roads closed in all directions in and out of town. Drone shots of interstate closed with cars stalled, stranded and trapped. One man makes the best of it and starts fishing on the interstate.
