6-8 extra large shrimp
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp Aleppo pepper (cayenne pepper can be subbed)
1 whole egg
1 tbsp sriracha
2 cups panko bread crumbs
salt and black pepper
Sriracha Mayo:
4 tbsp sriracha
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce (1 tbsp if you like it salty)
1 tsp sesame oil
Sliced avocado
Petit celery
Cilantro leaves
