5 injured in partial collapse of residential block hit by Kiev’s forces

A residential building has partially collapsed in the Russian border town of Shebekino, after being hit by Ukrainian shelling. The local governor says at least 5 people were injured after 15 apartments were destroyed. RT correspondent Igor Zhdanov sends his report from the site where emergency teams are still at work.
