UAE: Madame Tussauds’ first wax museum in the Arab World opens in Dubai

Subscribe to our channel! The renowned London wax museum Madame Tussauds opened its first outpost in the Arab World, in the city of Dubai, as seen in footage from Monday. The Dubai-based Madame Tussauds museum displays 60 wax sculptures of global figures from cinema, TV, fashion, sports, music and politics, of which 16 are from the Arab region. Lifelike sculptures made by internationally-renowned sculptors were displayed in the museum with reports of each sculpture taking at least 12 weeks to be made. In 1835, the first Madame Tussauds museum was opened in London, and now has 24 smaller outposts around the world.
