Shunting Horse (1964)

Newmarket, Suffolk. A story about the way horses are used to pull railway carriages. Various shots of horses training in a field and in the stable yard. We see one horse eating in a field, Lawrence Kelly grooms him and puts a harness round his neck. A train drives by and they walk down the tracks. Lawrence hitches up the harness to a truck and the horse starts pulling the carriages. Signal man Jack Armstrong pulls the levers so the horse can go through, the train is shunted into position.
