looking for a short but intense pilates inspired, low impact workout, that burns away your saddlebag in a limited time only? I invite you to try this workout with me. There’s absolutely nothing wrong about having saddlebags around the hips area, nor is it bad to have a “hip hole“, but if it bothers you a lot, you can always try to sculpt some body parts with the right exercises. no matter if you want firmer hips, less fat around those areas, or filling it up with some muscles.. this workout is created to help you achieve your goals. I combined the exercises in a way, that your muscles has to work constantly. Slow and low impact is the key. You can always take breaks if you want, but the goals is to be able to push through the full workout without a break :-) Challenge accepted?
