Phat Boyz Offers Australia’s Biggest BBQ Brisket & Pulled Pork Sandwich Challenge in Queensland!!

American professional eater Randy Santel vs Australia’s Biggest BBQ Brisket & Pulled Pork Sandwich Challenge, hosted by Phat Boyz Smokehouse and Kitchen located in Walloon just west of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia!! My girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos and I left Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia and headed east over to Brisbane, Queensland, Australia where I attempted 5 delicious Australian competitive eating challenges around the greater Brisbane metro area, including Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. For food challenge #1, Katina and I headed west from Brisbane to Phat Boyz Smokehouse and Kitchen in Walloon, so I could attempt to become just the third champion to defeat Phat Boyz’ massive Smoked BBQ Brisket and Pulled Pork Sandwich Challenge which had only been beaten previously by my Aussie professional competitive eating friends @jwebbycaneat and Vince “Big V“ Mantovani. This epic barbecue sandwich challenge weighs total and is Australia’s biggest BBQ sandwich challenge currently available. I had just 45 minutes to feast on 1kg of Phat Boyz’ halal smoked beef brisket plus 1kg of their juicy barbecue pulled pork and lots of tasty bacon, all topped with slices of American cheese, 4 fried eggs, and 100g of creamy coleslaw. The meat was all layered on top of healthy lettuce, tomato slices, and BBQ sauce, all sandwiched inside a 600g freshly baked bread bun that was 30cm in diameter. Thankfully, no sides were included, but I did enjoy an optional flavored milkshake along the way. I was trying to become just the 3rd person to win my $100 AUD Australian BBQ sanga meal free plus a sweet T-Shirt and spot on Phat Boyz’ Wall of Fame.
