The prosecutor’s office is pushing for eight years in prison for the Colombian superstar, who insisted her “nomadic life” meant she wasn’t living in Spain during the period in question, as well as to claim back the amount it says she owes. She bought property in the city in 2012, which prosecutors say served as a family home alongside then-husband and ex-FC Barcelona star Gerard Pique, and lived over half the relevant years there.
