Quick Barre Workout at Home // No Equipment, All Standing, Feel Good Exercises
Join me for this quick and effective express barre workout! These exercises are appropriate for all ages and levels. You don’t need any equipment except a chair to use as a base of support. All exercises are performed in a standing position.
You will feel great after completing this workout that not only increases your heart rate but is great for strengthening and lengthening your muscles.
No former dance or barre experience is needed to do this workout. Some of the benefits of barre include: better posture, balance and full body toning and shaping. You will feel muscles you forgot you had!
