LeafAudio Microphonic Soundbox - Audio Demo

Here’s a first demo of our Microphonic Soundbox. It’s ready and will be available as a DIY kit and ready made unit via It is an acoustic instrument which I created 20 years ago and finally we made it public now to share it with you. 2 internal contact mics can be amplified by some active low noise pre-amps (9V battery / 100x Gain) and mixed to the mono out as a line signal. If an external signal is inserted, mic 1 is switched off. Supercool for creating otherworldly sounds and ambiences, great for processing with hard- and software (Loopers & granular synthesis, Mutable Instruments Clouds etc).
