Today’s video was filmed on the 3rd September and is my most recent check in video to show you guys how my physique is looking!
I thought I would do a dedicated video regarding my physique to also clear a few things up : ) I have had a lot of comments recently pointing out how unbalanced my physique is. Now my genetics mean I predominantly carry my fat on my lower. That alone makes my legs and glutes appear bigger. That coupled with the fact that I am training for the Wellness Division within Bodybuilding means that I am actively working towards my lower half being more dominant
Within the Wellness criteria your lower including Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes and Calves need to appear more dominant within the physique. Thatbeing said you still need a dense and well formed upper.
However there is a huge difference between the balance in the upper and lower from a
