Mental Omega (INI MOD): Middle East League

This is the 4th Sub-Faction of the Soviets I gonna have an update for this cuz it kinda have a little problems... nope they are not TF2 Guys they are more like some people who will became the members of... And Again, this is actually the LICH INI MOD (by: Lich Bear) with some tweaks by myself... Update: The Heroes of This Faction are no longer had TF2 SHPs instead they had now Generals SHP i feel like putting those TF2 SHP are a bad idea.
