Russian businessman with special needs asks president Biden for help

Alexey Semenov lives in republic of Buryatia in Russian Federation. He says that he’s lost all of his business due to russian and buryat goverment actions during coronavirus. Now he wants to leave his country for USA hoping to start new life there. Alexey Semenov is a person with special needs and a quite poor health, but he wants to live and do his job. It seems that it’s impossible in Russia no more. Alexey asks american president Joe Biden to make an exeption for him and give a green card.
