Drain on paper towel or place on wire rack. ORANGE SAUCE: 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. minced ginger 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes 1/2 cup orange juice 2 tsp. orange zest 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/3 cup honey 1/2 tsp. sesame oil Add oil, minced garlic and ginger and red pepper flakes. Cook and stir one minute. Add remaining ingredients and bring up to a simmer. Cook for one minute.
