Patellar Tendinopathy is a load issue. You do not get it without load. But this doesn’t mean biomechanics is unimportant. There are some patterns that are going to overload the anterior knee more than others and we should be aware of these in our rehab so Jumper’s Knee doesn’t recur over and over.
