Shaolin Buddhist Qigong form SHU JING GONG 舒經功 with Buddhist mantra and breathing (HD)

I do not own the music in this video, copyrighted by the rightful owners. I learned this Buddhist Qigong form from an online certificate course from the Shaolin Temple Europe. In it you will find the names of the 10 movements, the accompanying mantra and an indication of the in and out breath. But note, there is not only one way to breath. The first part of the video is suitable for learning; the second part is the uninterrupted form where you can join me in the flow. I have slightly adapted the mantra and used mostly Pali instead of Sanskrit (except for the sanskrit word karma), as that was the language the Buddha spoke in (Pali Maghadi). I have written down detailed instructions for each movement. If you feel it can assist you in your learning, you can drop me an email which you can find in one of the links below. The translation of the Pali Buddhist chanting you hear 3x at the beginning “Namo Tassa Bhagavato Arahato Samma Sambuddhassa“ is “Honour to the Blessed One, the Exalted One, the fully Enlightened One“. - MAY ALL BEINGS BE SAFE AND FREE FROM SUFFERING - Personal qigong playlist: Websites:
