Radio Taiso is an exercise routine that has been practised for nearly 100 years in Japan. Old and young, physically fit and those with mobility issues can all experience the benefits of Radio Taiso.
We want you to enjoy Radio Taiso safely. If an exercise feels too much, stop and take a break. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please ask your doctor before taking part.
Don’t forget to give yourself plenty of space to avoid hitting other people or objects!
