Langzhong Ancient City(้–ฌไธญๅคๅŸŽ) is located on the northeastern edge of the Sichuan Basin and in the middle reaches of the Jialing River(ๅ˜‰้™ตๆฑŸ). It has a history of more than 2,300 years and is one of the four ancient cities in China. It has a suitable climate and rich products. The architectural style of the ancient city reflects the ancient Feng Shui(้ขจๆฐด) concept of residence and the checkerboard layout of the ancient city. It is also the birthplace of Chinese Spring Festival culture. Zhongtian Tower(ไธญๅคฉๆจ“) was built in the Tang Dynasty(ๅ”ไปฃ) and rebuilt on its original site in 2006. Zhongtian Tower is a three-story Ming and Qing style wooden building with a height of 25 meters. It is the most famous landmark building in Langzhong Ancient City.
