Sword-wielding man tasered by police after stabbing spree

The moment a suspect was tasered and arrested after a 14-year-old boy was killed in a sword attack has been captured by a doorbell camera. Footage shows a man in a yellow hoodie raising a sword while standing on a driveway before a police officer points a taser at him. The man then collapses before he is detained and handcuffed by police. Five people were injured in the “terrifying incident” after witnesses described seeing a man “running around with a samurai sword” who “stabbed people after crashing his van into a house”. Speaking at a press conference in Hainault this afternoon, Assistant Commissioner Louisa Rolfe said a man, who had been arrested, was in hospital.
