Counting Days Follow #JulienBracht here: Julien Bracht, originating from Berlin, is gearing up to launch his latest project “Walking Alone”. It’s an EP that showcases the Berlin native’s raw passion for techno and invigorating, thick synth bass sounds. The project also utilises unique vocal samples throughout, providing motifs of vocal phrases. Building upon the triumph of his earlier 2022 project, “RAVE FLOWER EP“, the haunting vocals are intertwined with a pulsating bassline, and the synths take center stage when the jungle rhythm takes over. Despite his youth, Julien Bracht possesses a wealth of experience in the music industry, having started out as a drummer. He later gained recognition as one half of Lea Porcelain, a musical duo he formed with Markus Nikolaus. Their entrancing post-rock debut, “Hymns to the Night,“ received widespread critical acclaim in 2017, earning accolades from renowned UK tastemakers such as Lauren Laverne, Steve Lamacq, and Zane Lowe. Lea Porcelain went on to grace the international stage, performing at several major festivals across Europe, including the Reading Leeds Festival, Great Escape in Brighton, and Latitude. Julien Bracht has shifted his focus to producing his own music, and his efforts have been met with critical acclaim. Notably, he released an official remix of Grimes’ “My Name Is Dark“. In 2022, he dropped his album, “Now Forever One,“ which received rave reviews from respected publications such as Mixmag, Datatransmission, Magnetic Mag, and Groove Magazine, among others. The album’s popularity has since inspired remixes by acclaimed artists like Marcel Dettmann and Daniel Avery.
