Ukrainian first lady, Navalnys wife decline State of the Union Address invite

Joe Biden is set to take to the stage in Congress to deliver his State of the Union Address. It’s a chance for POTUS to highlight his successes and outline his future plans, as the election looms later this year. However, it seems there’ll be two empty seats in the chamber, after invites were turned down by Ukraine’s first lady, and the wife of the late Russian opposition activist, Alexey Navalny.
