A wonderful colorized film about horse-drawn and electric trams in Rotterdam nearly a century ago. Horse-drawn trams were a common sight also in other cities in The Netherlands in that period, like in Delft and Amsterdam. The tram in Delft can still be booked as a tourist attraction and for special occasions. The Netherlands was a very early adopter of electricity for trains and trams.
