Super Mario found a cap of his own and unleashed a farting force of tyranny and violence by the name of Wario onto the world. Meanwhile, Luigi has banished Waluigi, swearing never to wear his cap again, but will events transpire which will force him to break his vow? I mean, probably. Otherwise it would just be Luigi just sitting around the whole time while Wario farts on people.
