Piatti Project #6/12: Diezig plays Piatti Caprice No. 6

Sebastian Diezig - Cello. This is one of my favorite caprices by Piatti because it’s so beautiful. Also one of the most difficult ones so far - particularly intonation-wise not least because of the many flats at the key. In November 2014 I set out to learn and record all Piatti Caprices. Because 11 of them are new to new to it will take 2 - 3 years to complete the project. It has been very beneficial to my cello playing so far and I hope you guys enjoy the videos as well.
