Hersker release their debut full length album, after the fiendishly addictive EP of disorienting blackened punk from earlier this year. Hudangst continues very much in that vein, delivering a series of short sharp blasts to the head and heart, and “ tears at the outer layers of existence to reveal a malaise rooted in routine and thwarted ambitions; The only honest response to the current state of humanity”. Released on Danish label, Strange Aeons Records, knowing that it is home to Nyredolk and Gabestok still won’t quite set you up for the delirious carnage brewed up inside this release.
