Turbo Royal Enfield INT650 Racer Build - Part TWO

Welcome Back! English In part two of the Turbo Royal Enfield Interceptor Build, we finish most of the turbo fabrication and move on to the suspension and fuel system, as well as a few visual modifications. We install the Ohlins pre-load fork adjuster kit, as well as a set of Continental GT clip-on bars. We install a temporary boost gauge and fuel pressure gauge, to monitor fuel pressure from the new Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator. We installed this regulator in hopes of being able to use the stock injectors on low boost, but unfortunately we ran out of injector at about 5psi of boost. We’ve added as much fuel as we can in the tuning software, which means we’ll have to install larger injectors. The tuning and additional fuel system mods will come in part 3, along with the installation of a Snow Performance Water/Methanol injection system, that will allow us to turn up the boost to 12psi.
