Spice up your cocktail routine with Emeril’s Spicy Bloody Mary. With just the right amount of heat from chile-infused vodka, fresh horseradish, fresh ginger, and garlic, this is cocktail perfection!
SPICY BLOOD MARY
SERVES 2
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon freshly grated horseradish
1 teaspoon freshly grated peeled ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups pepper-infused vodka, preferably homemade
Ice cubes
Celery stalks, for garnish
Pickled okra or green beans, for garnish
In the jar of a blender, combine all ingredients (except garnish) and blend to combine. Refrigerate until well chilled, up to several days in advance. Serve over ice with pickled okra or green beans for garnish.
