Winning Kumite - Keith Geyer

Winning Kumite is an instructional karate video that features some of the practical and innovative ideas from South African team coach Keith Geyer, in preparation for the 2000 8th World Shoto Cup in Japan. It follows Johan La Grange one of the team members who reached the kumite final.
