Chief Keef of GBE was arrested last night speeding in excess of high speeds. Dashcam video shows as police conducted a pat-down, they discover a bundle in the 17-year-old’s pocket ! Cozart was taken into custody and charged with two misdemeanors: excessive speeding and unlawful number of passengers.
