Junior Taekwondo Fitness Class (ages 10 - 15)

Highlights from our Junior ages 10 - 15 Taekwondo Fitness Class. This is a class that we do on the first Thursday of every month, to give our students a night away from the regular class structure and to concentrate more on fitness related activities and games that will give them a better foundation to excel in Taekwondo, Sport and Life.
